When it comes to pricing and charging for our work, we offer two flexible options that cater to your needs – the Fixed Price approach and the Time & Materials method.

1. Using the Fixed Price approach offers a fixed cost for your project, providing you with peace of mind and a clear understanding of the expenses involved. This method is ideal when the details and scope of a project are very clear and straightforward. It is generally best for those who prefer a set price and want to avoid any potential surprises. We will carefully assess the details you provide and give you a fair price that covers everything from materials to labor. This method mostly applies to new installations.
2. With the Time & Materials method, we track the costs on your project, ensuring you only pay for the actual work done based on our pre-set hourly rate & the materials needed (including a contractor mark-up to cover our overhead & transport costs). This allows for greater flexibility, as you also have the freedom to make changes or additions to the scope of work along the way. Rest assured, we are committed to giving you the best possible value for your money. This method mostly applies to repairs & troubleshooting, as the work scope generally cannot be clearly defined beforehand for this type of work. It also works well for customers who are unsure of what they want before we arrive.
